Sales Manager

Base salary: RMB 5,000–7,000 per month + commission (with no upper limit)
Sales Managers (2 positions) Salary: Base salary of RMB 5,000–7,000 per month + commission (with no upper limit) Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for expanding the company’s food product portfolio (including oils and fats, nut powders, grain powders, etc.) in the domestic market, developing distributors, supermarket chains, e-commerce platforms, and other sales channels; 2. Develop sales plans, achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and increase customer repeat purchase rates; 3. Conduct market research on competitors’ offerings, formulate sales strategies, and provide feedback on market demand; 4. Follow up on order fulfillment and payment collection, and handle after-sales issues for customers. Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above; candidates with a background in marketing or food-related fields are preferred; 2. At least 2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales; priority will be given to candidates with established sales channel networks in the food, grain & oil, and nut sectors; 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as excellent customer development capabilities; willing to travel frequently; 4. Strong sense of goal orientation, high stress tolerance, and a collaborative team spirit.
