Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding the company’s food product portfolio (including oils and fats, nut flours, grain flours, etc.) in the domestic market, and for developing distribution channels such as distributors, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms.
2. Develop sales plans, achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and increase customer repeat purchase rates;
3. Conduct market research on competitive products, develop sales strategies, and provide feedback on market demand.
4. Follow up on order delivery and payment collection, and handle customer after-sales issues.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher; majors in marketing or food-related fields are preferred.
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry; candidates with established sales channel networks in the food, grain & oil, and nut sectors will be given priority.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer development capabilities; able to travel on business.
4. Strong sense of purpose, excellent stress tolerance, and a strong team-player mentality.
